Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
You must clearly explain the reason of your dissatisfaction and allow us to fix the issue, first. We will do our best to fix the problem. Delayed delivery can NOT be considered as a reason. If we can NOT fix your problem you will be issued a refund or a store credit for the images/videos that we couldn’t fix.
- All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date.
- Allow up to 30 days to process your refunds
Fees for the following services cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the refunded amount:
- Model Fees
- Free Shipping Label Fees
- Transaction fees from the initial charges. (Subject to Stripe policy https://support.stripe.com/questions/stripe-fees-not-returned-when-refunding-customer)

- Website Development Services
- Consulting Services
- Search Engine Optimization Services
- Design Services
- Editing Services
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
To receive your products back, you can schedule a pick-up with your courier or pick up yourself. You have to notify our representative prior to scheduling the pickup to make sure someone is available at the studio. We will provide you with 2 hours timeslot for the pickup.
